Here at the

East Lothian Mums Club…

We’re building a judgment-free space where women can move, laugh, learn, and feel supported — mind, body, and soul. With mental and physical wellbeing support, workshops, and mum-focused community events. We’ve got everything under one roof.

Simple, meaningful connection, and a space to thrive.

East Lothian Mums Club started at the beginning of 2025 as the East Lothian Mums Walking Club, with the simple aim of getting mums out of the house and feeling supported while getting fresh air. Since then, it has grown into a community of wonderful mums, with an active and welcoming WhatsApp group.

Our goal for 2026 is to grow the community even further, continue to support mums, create fun events, and have lots of fun doing it. Watch this space — big things are coming, and it wouldn’t be possible without you!!

Meet the Mums
behind East Lothian Mums Club

After a long IVF journey Sarah finally became a mum in 2020. Sarah is a dental nurse with a keen interest in fitness. Sarah found herself looking for a new challenge and decided to start ELMC which was designed to bring mums together in a safe and judgement free space. One year down the line there is now a thriving community which I am, super proud of.

Before becoming a mum in 2018, Meg studied at Greys School of Art where she learned many creative skills. That love for creativity never left and through the trials and tribulations of motherhood she always found herself pulled back to making art.
She joined East Lothian Mums Club after the birth of her second daughter, at a time in her life, that for many reasons, she needed a village more than ever.

As a mum of four, Shona knows just how busy and overwhelming motherhood can be, and how easily mums can find themselves at the bottom of their own list.
With a background in care and a passion for Pilates, movement and wellbeing, Shona joined East Lothian Mums Club because she believes every mum deserves to feel supported, included and part of a community.
She is passionate about creating opportunities for mums to take some time for themselves, connect with others and find a little bit of themselves again amongst the chaos of motherhood.
For Shona, it really is about helping to create the village that every mum deserves.
