    • Communicate with members and volunteers

    • Organise community activities

    • Manage memberships or services

    We ensure personal data is:

    • Stored securely

    • Accessed only by authorised persons

    • Not shared without lawful reason.

    Data Retention

    We only keep personal data as long as necessary and will securely delete or anonymise it when no longer needed.

    Data Breaches

    Any data breach will be recorded and, where necessary, reported to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) within 72 hours. - you can find this information on both our website and the ICO’s website

    This policy will be reviewed annually.

  • Purpose
    These terms outline the expected behaviour for members participating in our community spaces and activities.

    Acceptable Behaviour

    Members must:

    • Treat others with respect

    • Avoid harassment or discrimination

    • Follow UK laws

    • Respect privacy and confidentiality.

    Prohibited Behaviour

    The following are not allowed:

    • Hate speech or discrimination

    • Bullying or harassment

    • Sharing personal data without consent

    • Illegal activity

    • Spam or promotion without permission.

    • Medical advice.

    • No selling of exchanging of breastpumps, bottles and dummies

    • No selling, exchanging or giving away any and all formula products. 

    Moderation

    We reserve the right to:

    • Remove content

    • Warn members

    • Remove members from the community

    • Report illegal behaviour.

    Liability

    Members are responsible for their own content and behaviour.

  • Purpose
    This WhatsApp group is for communication between members of East Lothian mums club CIC community.

    Rules

    1. Be respectful and inclusive.

    2. No harassment, bullying, or hate speech.

    3. No political campaigning or spam unless approved.

    4. Do not share personal information without consent.

    5. Keep messages relevant to the group purpose.

    6. No medical advice at all.

    Moderation

    Admins may:

    • Remove inappropriate content

    • Remove members who breach the rules.

    Privacy

    • Members’ phone numbers are visible to other members.

    • By joining the group, you agree to this.

    Leaving the Group

    Members can leave at any time. Admins may remove users who breach rules.
