Our mums’ fitness classes are designed for women of any age, creating a welcoming and supportive space to move, build strength, and feel good in your body. Led by a Holly from MindBody_Holly who is a fully trained and experienced fitness coach with specialised training in both pre & post-natal exercise, each session is safe, effective, and adaptable to your stage of life. Whether you’re pregnant, newly postnatal, or simply looking to get fitter and stronger, these classes focus on confidence, community, and feeling your best.
